  • Knowledge is power. Functional lab testing is a tool that allows us to identify the root cause of our health issues and direct us toward tailored interventions, serving as a roadmap for better health.

Picture this: the data from these tests not only supports our game plan but also acts as a motivator, urging you to make positive changes to your lifestyle. It’s like having a personal health GPS, showing you where to turn for the most impact. The Synergy Method philosophy believes in building a sturdy foundation first, then using lab results to fine-tune our strategy and achieve significant health improvements. We start with the basics like managing glucose control, understanding nutrition, managing stress, and establishing consistency, then use lab insights for progress checks.

Bloodwork is essential for assessing key indicators such as liver and kidney function, thyroid health, blood sugar response, nutrient deficiencies, and more. The comprehensive lab panels provided by The Lanby encompass a range of markers often neglected by conventional medicine, including a robust thyroid panel, insulin, inflammatory markers, electrolytes, nutrient levels, and more.

In the realm of proactive healthcare and personalized wellness plans, functional lab testing reinforces a root-cause resolution strategy with a ‘test, don’t guess’ mindset.

  • Those seeking to proactively monitor their health.

Those interested in gaining insight into their cellular functions for preventive measures.

Anyone committed to understanding their body's language and how it responds to new routines and habits.

Those aiming to stay ahead of any potential health issues through early detection and monitoring.

Those dedicated to making sense of their health picture (and symptoms) from a root cause resolution approach.

Those who find motivation in to using a combination or data, discourse, and intuition to guide their health journey.

  • The Lanby’s fee provides access to their lab panel and includes a 45-min consultation with a Clinician and Wellness Advisor to interpret your results.

The tests themselves are billed in-network through your insurance. The size of your copay will depend on your insurance plan and deductible. They will share your lab order with you ahead of your lab visit. If you have concerns about the size of your copay, you are encouraged to request an estimate from your insurance provider by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.

Most insurance carriers do not cover the cost of preventive testing. If there is not a diagnosis code associated with the test ordered, insurance will not deem it medically necessary, and will therefore not cover the associated cost.

The Lanby does their best to use the medical information provided in your intake form to validate the need and maximize your insurance reimbursement. They also provide you with the option during your intake questionnaire.

  • As part of your intake form, you will be asked whether you have a preference to come into The Lanby or visit a local lab.

  • The Lanby will schedule your consultation two weeks after your lab visit to ensure enough time for your results to come in. Some of the tests included in the panel take longer to process, and this window guarantees enough time to prepare for your consultation.

After your session at The Lanby, Ale will reach out to schedule your 1:1 health coaching session.

  • Yes! For service rate of $500, Ale’s clients will receive their discounted lab work (25% off), a consult with a functionally-trained Lanby Clinician, and a 50-minute 1:1 health coaching session with Ale Lubezki (almost 30% off standard rate).

This offer is the first of it’s kind! :)

  • As part of your visit, The Lanby will provide comprehensive, personalized suggestions for preventive screenings, supplements, and recommendations for specialists who can offer follow-up care, including medication management if necessary. It's important to note that coordination of care is not included in this offering.‍

If you're seeking full primary care support, The Lanby recommends scheduling a consult call to explore their membership options. Their membership provides access to a broader range of healthcare services, including comprehensive coordination of care, medication management and ongoing visits.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches cannot prescribe medication.

  • After your visit with The Lanby, they will share a visit summary that provides an overview of the conversation and recommended next steps. Their goal is to share a deeper understanding of your baseline health to help you prioritize your efforts going forward and personalize your approach to wellness.

After your health coaching session(s) with Ale, you will receive in-depth plans and takeaways, including recipes, routines, tools, and concepts discussed.

If you are signed up for The Synergy Method, you will also receive 24/7 text support Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST for the duration of the program.
